Question 1: Most people can relate to the disciples in this passage. How can we look like Jesus for people around us in a similar position of fear?
Question 2: what might it look like for Jesus to speak "peace" into the fear of life this week?
Question 3: Jesus says he sends the 11 in the way he was sent. If he sent them this way he also sends us that way. How does being sent as Jesus was sent change the way you might see your life?
Question 4: How can "seeing Jesus" make us "Glad" as we face what makes us afraid? What does it look like to intentionally see Jesus this week?
Question 5: Jesus calls the 11 to go and give forgiveness in the name of the Father. What is this calling from Jesus challenging you to do this week?
Walk It Out:This week we are focused on “deeply reading” and how that pertains to DAILY DEVOTION. Jesus has freely invited us to come to experience the empowering practices we see in his ministry. One of the ways we can do this is by choosing to practice "deeply reading" in your daily walk with Jesus.
